About the Role

We are seeking an organised, proactive and customer-focused Customer Service & Logistics Coordinator to join our Logistics Department on a permanent part-time basis (3 days per week). Working closely with the Logistics Department, Sales, Warehouse, Production and Planning teams, you will help coordinate customer deliveries, manage freight movements and provide outstanding customer service. You will be a key point of contact for customers, ensuring clear communication and a positive experience from dispatch through to delivery. This role also provides important backup support within the Logistics Department. During periods of annual leave and planned absences, there will be opportunities to work additional days, including full-time hours where required, ensuring continuity of service for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

•Assist in coordinating daily freight bookings with transport providers across Australia.

•Monitor deliveries and proactively communicate ETA updates, delays and changes to customers.

•Liaise with Warehouse, Production and Planning to ensure deliveries remain on schedule.

•Provide outstanding customer service and resolve delivery enquiries promptly.

•Prepare dispatch documentation and logistics paperwork.

•Assist with retailer portals and logistics documentation.

•Coordinate urgent freight requirements and special delivery requests.

•Maintain accurate freight and customer records.

•Support the Sales team with customer communication and follow-up.

•Provide administrative support across the Logistics, Operations and Sales teams.

About You

•Previous experience in customer service, logistics, transport or supply chain coordination.

•Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

•Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.

•High attention to detail and a proactive, solutions-focused approach.

•Intermediate Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel and Word).

•Experience with ERP systems or customer portals is advantageous but not essential.
