About The Role

Mounties Care Mobility & Independence is searching for a dedicated and experiencedFranchise Managerto join our team on afull-timebasis to support a national franchising business with franchises across Victoria and Western Australia.

As a Franchise Manager, you will partner closely with franchise owners to elevate store performance, strengthen operational standards and bring our brand experience to life for every customers.

More Specifically, Some Of Your Key Duties Will Include

Partner with franchisees to grow sales, margin and overall profitabilityAnalyse store performance data and translate insights into clear, actionable improvementsSupport product mix, merchandising, promotions and seasonal execution across storesCoach and influence store teams to improve key retail metrics Visit stores regularly to assess standards, compliance and operational executionEnsure strong instore practices across stock management, merchandising and replenishmentIdentify performance gaps and work with franchise partners to implement improvement plansBuild trusted relationships with franchise owners and provide ongoing coaching and support Act as the key communication link between head office and the franchise network Ensure compliance with brand standards, policies, and legal requirements through audits and followup Support new store openings, refurbishments and onboarding of new franchise partners Provide insights on risks, opportunities and overall network performance

About You

The ideal candidate must hold the following as a minimum:

Proven previous experience in a similar roleCan be based in QLD, NSW, VIC or WA - must be willing to travel regularly to each state. Strong understanding of retail KPIs Highly analytical, with the ability to turn data into actionOrganised, adaptable and comfortable managing competing prioritiesExceptional communication skills including influencing and relationship building skillsValid Driver’s licence and willingness to travel Willing to provide a criminal record check prior as part of the employment process
