About the Role:

• Begin your career in Early Childhood Education as a valued trainee
• Work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development
• Learn how to create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments
• Contribute to daily routines, play experiences, and meaningful interactions with children
• Study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while gaining hands-on experience
• Receive mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support from leaders and peers

• Motivated, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about Early Childhood Education
• Strong communicator who values teamwork and collaboration
• Able to follow directions, safety procedures, and centre guidelines
• School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply

 Requirements

• A valid Blue Card
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Complete your Geccko National ChildSafety Training
• Availability to work full time
• No prior experience required – just a positive attitude and commitment to learning
