About the Role:

Begin your career in Early Childhood Education as a valued trainee

Work alongside experienced educators to support children’s learning and development

Learn how to create safe, engaging, and inclusive environments

Contribute to daily routines, play experiences, and meaningful interactions with children

Study towards your Certificate III in Early Childhood Education while gaining hands-on experience

Receive mentoring, coaching, and ongoing support from leaders and peers

About You:

• Passionate and dedicated – you know working with children is rewarding and requires heart
• Eager to learn, grow, and thrive in a team environment
• Motivated, reliable, and genuinely enthusiastic about Early Childhood Education
• Strong communicator who values teamwork and collaboration
• Able to follow directions, safety procedures, and centre guidelines
• School leavers are strongly encouraged to apply

Requirements:

• A valid Working with Children Check
• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
• Availability to work full time
• National child safety training (Gecko)
• No prior experience required – just a positive attitude and commitment to learning
