Property Officer

Are you organised, motivated and passionate about Property Management and customer service? We are looking for a full-time, confident and enthusiastic Property Officer to join our growing team.

In this diverse and fast-paced role, you will be assisting the Senior Property Manager in the management of Residential Properties. No two days are the same, making this the perfect opportunity for someone who enjoys variety, working with people and being part of a supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct routine inspections across Residential Properties

• Prepare detailed ingoing condition reports

• Attend and assist with open homes and property viewings

• Assist with the day-to-day management of Residential Properties

• Liaise professionally with property owners, tenants and contractors

• Coordinate and organise property maintenance and repairs

• Respond to phone calls, emails and general enquiries

Provide exceptional customer service to landlords, tenants and contractors.

The successful applicant will be highly organised, have strong communication skills and be able to manage competing priorities efficiently. Previous experience in Property Management is preferred.

To be considered for this role, you will ideally have:

• A current driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Excellent communication and time management skills

• Strong attention to detail

• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• A professional and friendly manner

• Certificate IV In Real Estate
