Property Officer

Starr Partners Rouse Hill/Box Hill is expanding with growth and an opportunity is now available for a Property Officer position that is a perfect role for a motivated and energetic, professional mind, who is excited about progressing in their career in real estate, or anyone currently in the industry looking for a change.

We are looking for a vibrant, enthusiastic individual with excellent customer service skills. This is an ideal position for someone who is looking to grow within a professional organization and enjoy a long and successful career in real estate.  The suitable applicant will be responsible for:

• Routine Inspections

• Ingoing Inspection Reports

• Leasing & showing prospective tenants through available properties 

• Day to day property maintenance 

• Assisting Property managers with day-to-day tasks

Essential Requirements:

•    Certificate of Registration is a must.
•    Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
•    Immaculate presentation with a professional and corporate image
•   Minimum 6 months experience required, any office-based experience will also be well regarded
•    Serious about building a career in real estate

You must also hold a current and valid driver's license, as well as have a reliable car.
