Driver - Boonah

Farmcraft is an award winning family owned agribusiness employing over 60 staff across 5 branches strategically located across SE Queensland.  We cater for rural property owners running livestock or growing crops, fruit & vegetables, as well as hobby farmers, home gardeners and pet owners.

Our unique location close to transport hubs and manufacturers allows us to receive and dispatch goods quickly and efficiently within SE Queensland.

Our Ideal Applicant:

We require an experienced HC truck driver for regular local driving (multi pick-up & drop), based from our warehouse at Boonah - weekdays only.

We're looking for an experienced driver and flexible all-rounder, capable of working in a fast paced environment, who's able to multi-task. Driving work involves multi-drop and collection locally in the SE Qld area (Brisbane, Toowoomba). 

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Heavy combination truck driving (locally in SE QLD)

• Delivering orders & completing freight pick-ups in a timely & safe manner

• Loading & unloading freight 

• Completing relevant paperwork for loads

• Maintain truck & assist with warehouse duties as required
   

Qualifications:

• Current HC Licence is essential

• Demonstrated experience in heavy combination truck driving

• Clean driving record (& be willing to provide a traffic history report)

• Current Forklift Licence (or able to obtain one)
   

Attributes:

• Well presented, self-motivated & excellent work ethic

• Punctual & reliable

• Ability to work both autonomously & as part of a team

• Able to work in a fast paced environment

• Good communication skills

• Physically fit, with the ability to lift 20-25kg

• Good attention to detail
