We’re looking for an experienced and passionate Store Manager to build a high-performing team, create an outstanding store culture and establish James Lane as a leading interiors destination in the Perth market.

• Bring the Flagship to Life: Lead the successful launch of our new showroom and create a destination Perth customers will love

• Lead & Inspire: Recruit, coach and motivate a talented team to achieve ambitious sales goals

• Create Exceptional Experiences: Set the standard for warm, knowledgeable and design-led customer service

• Drive Store Success: Take ownership of sales performance, KPIs and the commercial success of the showroom

• Build a Winning Culture: Foster an engaged, supportive and high-performing team environment

• Deliver Operational Excellence: Confidently oversee rostering, inventory, merchandising and day-to-day store operations

• Champion the Brand: Bring James Lane’s distinctive style, quality and customer-first approach to the Perth market

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven leadership experience in retail

• Sales-driven with a customer-focused mindset

• Team player, flexible, and hands-on (able to lift up to 20kg)

• Experience in furniture, homewares, or related retail
