About the Role:

As a Store Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the showroom—driving performance, coaching your team, and ensuring every customer walks away inspired. You’ll lead with vision, balancing style, service, and sales.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Driving and delivering exceptional sales results through team motivation and coaching.

• Creating an inspiring and visually impactful showroom aligned with Koala Living’s brand standards.

• Leading training and performance management of your team.

• Overseeing stock levels, merchandising execution, and operational excellence.

• Creating a customer-first culture where exceptional service is the standard.

• Reporting on KPIs, sales data etc.

Who are we looking for? 

• 3+ years of proven retail leadership experience (experience in furniture or lifestyle retail is a plus).

• A track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

• High emotional intelligence and ability to lead, inspire, and grow teams.

• Passion for interiors and creating elevated customer experiences.

• Have the ability to interpret floor plans and understand customer requirements in order to provide a quote.

• Ability to create attractive displays in store with the VM guidelines.

• Excellent organisational skills & time management, with the ability to handle competing demands.
