Rope Access / Window Cleaning Technician (IRATA Level 1-3) – Perth WA

Swan Facade Services is seeking skilled and safety-focused Rope Access Technicians (IRATA Level 1 or higher) to join our growing team in Perth. We specialise in high-access window cleaning across Perth’s commercial buildings — from major complexes to iconic high-rises.

• Performing rope access and abseil window cleaning

• Conducting facade washdowns and detailing

• Working as part of a professional, safety-driven team

• Ensuring all work is completed to IRATA and Swan safety standards

Permanent and ongoing casual positions available.

• 💰 $45–$65/hr + super, based on IRATA level and experience

We’re seeking experienced technicians who take pride in their work, maintain high safety standards, and want to grow long-term with Swan.

Essential:

• IRATA Level 1 or higher

• Availability to work Monday - Friday

• Proven experience in rope access window cleaning

• Working at Heights certification

• Valid Australian driver’s licence and reliable transport

• Valid Police Clearance (within 12 months)

All candidates must be willing to undergo Drug & Alcohol testing prior to employment.
