Mechanical Fitter

CrewSELECT is seeking a Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter for an immediate start with a well-established mechanical workshop on Brisbane’s northside.

This is a long-term workshop opportunity offering consistent Monday–Friday hours and a genuine pathway to permanent employment.

• $50/hr + penalties + super
• Monday–Friday | 7:30am–4:00pm
• Ongoing, consistent workshop-based work
• Casual with genuine permanent opportunity
• Immediate start available

Working in a modern, well-equipped workshop, you will be involved in the assembly, maintenance and repair of bitumen trucks and associated mechanical equipment.

• Mechanical fitting, assembly and maintenance
• Diagnose and repair mechanical components
• Work on bitumen trucks and associated equipment
• Read and interpret technical drawings
• Complete inspections and testing to quality standards

• Trade Qualified Mechanical Fitter – Essential
• Strong fitting, assembly and maintenance experience
• Truck, mobile plant or heavy equipment experience highly regarded
• Confident reading technical drawings
• Reliable, safety-focused and quality-driven

• Mechanical Fitting Trade Certificate – Essential
• Valid Australian working rights
• Forklift Licence (LF) – advantageous
• White Card – preferred
