Your opportunity

As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide specialist support for Hearing Australia's clinical and business applications, ensuring systems remain stable, available and fit for purpose in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

What you'll do

• Provide Level 2 application support across Hearing Australia's application portfolio, including Dynamics and integrated clinical systems.
• Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed service levels.
• Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, usability and efficiency.
• Support software releases, upgrades and configuration changes, including testing, deployment validation and post-implementation activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
• Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage and production validation activities.
• Develop and maintain application support documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.
• Work with vendors and internal technology teams to manage escalations and coordinate issue resolution.
• Support business continuity, risk management and compliance requirements relating to application services.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing evolution of Hearing Australia's application landscape.

What you'll bring

You'll bring:

• Experience supporting business-critical applications in a complex operational environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise applications.
• Understanding of incident, problem and change management practices.
• Experience supporting software testing and release activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
• A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
• Experience within healthcare, government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
