Breakfast Chef

We’re looking for an experienced Breakfast Chef to join our growing team.

This is an early morning role, with shifts generally running 5:00am–12:00pm, with the potential for additional hours for the right candidate.

You’ll be working with a small, predominantly takeaway breakfast menu in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

While our menu is intentionally small, quality, consistency and speed are incredibly important to us. We want every item leaving the kitchen to be prepared perfectly, presented consistently and served quickly — even during busy morning periods.

About the role:

• 5:00am–12:00pm shifts
• Potential for additional hours
• Preparing and cooking breakfast and takeaway menu items
• Fast-paced morning service
• Maintaining excellent quality and consistency across every order
• Working collaboratively with our kitchen, barista and front-of-house team
• Maintaining a clean, organised and efficient workspace

We’re looking for someone who:

• Has previous breakfast or café kitchen experience
• Is confident working independently and as part of a team
• Can work quickly without compromising quality
• Has excellent attention to detail
• Is reliable, organised and punctual
• Takes genuine pride in the food they serve
• Is comfortable with early morning starts
