The role of Sales Administrator is an exciting and fast paced customer facing role that deals with a vast cross section of industries including hydraulics, mining, food and beverage, rail, pharmaceutical and distribution. This role reports to the National Sales Manager via the Customer Service Team Lead.

In this role your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer enquiries via email, telephone and online enquiries

• Providing verbal and written quotes including customer follow up

• Processing sales and purchase orders

• Supporting and coordinating with Sales Engineers and national warehouses.

Requirements for the role:

• Experience in internal sales and/or counter sales in the industrial sector

• Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills

• Understanding of seals and applications (desirable but not essential as training will be provided)

• Proficient Computer skills particularly in an ERP system (Pronto)

• Excellent communication skills verbal and written

• Structured and organized approach to prioritizing workflow

• An inquiring mind and technical aptitude

• Passion for looking after cusotmers
