Job Overview: 

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role will involve managing customer inquiries, processing orders, ensuring timely deliveries, and coordinating with various internal/external teams to provide seamless logistical solutions. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, an ability to multitask, and a customer-focused mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries, and providing solutions in a professional and timely manner.

• Process customer orders/shipments, quotations & tenders for export/import and air/sea.

• Liaise with overseas partners and carriers within our network.

• Source rates from shipping lines, airlines, and affiliates either local and/or overseas for appropriate rates and information.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with both existing and potential customers to ensure a high level of satisfaction and repeat business.

• Offer value-added services such as shipping advice, cost-effective solutions, and product recommendations to clients.

Successful Applicants will have:

• Experience in Air and Sea Freight Forwarding.

• Experience with CargoWise (Order Manager & Quotations)

• Strong customer service, verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to multi-task, prioritise and manage time effectively.

• Team player attributes.
