As a Used Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the vehicle purchasing process, building lasting relationships, and delivering an exceptional customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

• Assist customers in selecting the right used vehicle to meet their needs and budget.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Generate sales opportunities through leads, referrals, and follow-up activities.
• Conduct vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
• Prepare sales documentation accurately and efficiently.
• Work closely with the Finance & Insurance team to maximise customer solutions.
• Deliver an outstanding customer experience throughout the sales journey.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Previous sales experience, preferably in automotive sales.
• A customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.
• A positive attitude and strong work ethic.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced team environment.
• Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Strong organisational and time management abilities.
• A current and valid driver's licence.
