New and Used Vehicle Sales Consultant

Morley City Hyundai & Geely are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused New & Used Vehicle Sales Consultants to join our high-performing sales team.

As a Vehicle Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for assisting customers throughout their vehicle-buying journey, from initial enquiry through to vehicle delivery and ongoing relationship management in either used or new vehicles.

You will identify customer needs, present suitable vehicle options, negotiate sales outcomes, and help customers find the right vehicle solutions while delivering an exceptional experience every step of the way.

• Achieve and exceed vehicle sales targets.
• Build strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Conduct vehicle presentations and test drives.
• Generate and follow up sales leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activities.
• Work collaboratively with the Finance & Insurance team to maximise opportunities.
• Deliver exceptional customer service to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Stay informed about current vehicle models, features, promotions and industry trends.

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

• Previous sales experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent organisational and time management skills.
• Current and valid Australian driver's licence.
• Ability to work weekends as part of a rotating roster.
