Bartender

About the role

As a Casual Bartender at Bar Ricci, you'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service while working in a fast-paced, premium dining environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, beer, and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard

• Provide outstanding customer service and build rapport with guests

• Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar

• Follow RSA requirements and venue procedures

• Assist with stock rotation and inventory control

• Work collaboratively with the floor and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service

• Contribute to a positive and professional team environment

About you

• Minimum 2 years' bartending experience in a restaurant, cocktail bar, or premium hospitality venue

• Strong cocktail-making skills and beverage knowledge

• Wine knowledge is highly regarded

• Excellent customer service and communication skills

• Professional presentation and attention to detail

• Ability to remain calm and efficient during busy service periods

• Current RSA Certificate

• Availability to work nights, weekends, and public holidays
