What You'll Do

• Plan and coordinate daily food production to meet customer demand
• Prepare and oversee bulk cooking of texture modified and specialised meals
• Lead, train and support kitchen staff to achieve daily production goals
• Monitor food quality, food safety and HACCP compliance
• Manage stock, ordering, budgets, rostering, and kitchen operations efficiently

About You

• Certificate IV in Kitchen Management & Diploma of Hospitality Management are essential
• Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety and allergen management
• Confidence preparing bulk meals and texture modified food products
• Excellent organisational, communication and leadership skills
• Food Handler Certificate required, with Food Safety Supervisor Certificate highly regarded
