What You'll Do

• Lead the daily operation of a busy 100-bed aged care kitchen
• Deliver consistently high quality meals that residents enjoy every day
• Oversee texture modified meals with precision and care
• Mentor, support and develop a dedicated kitchen team
• Maintain exceptional food safety, quality and presentation standards

About You

• Previous Chef Manager or senior leadership experience within aged care
• Trade qualification and Food Safety Supervisor certification
• Strong knowledge of bulk cooking and texture modified meals
• High standards, excellent attention to detail and pride in every service
• Positive leader who motivates teams and leads from the front
