You will need to:

• Deliver safe, effective, and respectful nursing care in line with AHPRA standards.

• Lead, support, and mentor a team of Assistant in Nursing.

• Act as a clinical decision-maker, responding to changes in residents’ conditions.

• Ensure accurate documentation, medication administration, and care planning.

• Promote a strong culture of safety, respect, and collaboration.

About you:

• Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA)

• Minimum 2 years experience

• Demonstrated experience in aged care or a similar clinical setting

• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team in a clinical setting.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

• Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and decision-making capabilities.

• A passion for delivering person-centered care to older people.

• Police Check

• COVID Vaccination Evidence

• Right to work in Australia
