CBN has experienced significant growth, and we’re expanding our HR team to support the business as we continue to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative and supportive HR team where you’ll play a key role in supporting employees throughout their journey at CBN.

You’ll be responsible for key HR processes while building your knowledge and experience across the employee lifecycle. As you grow, you’ll have opportunities to contribute to HR projects and process improvements.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Prepare employment contracts, letters and other HR documentation
• Coordinate onboarding activities to ensure a positive new starter experience
• Manage offboarding processes and employee exits
• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
• Update and manage information within the HRIS (Employment Hero)
• Respond to employee queries and provide timely administrative support to the HR team and broader business
• Assist with HR projects, initiatives and process improvements
• Support the delivery of a positive employee experience across the business

💡 What You’ll Bring

• A tertiary qualification in Human Resources, Business or a related field
• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organisational skills
• A proactive attitude and willingness to take initiative
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Strong administrative skills and confidence working with systems, spreadsheets and data
• A positive, collaborative approach and eagerness to learn
• A genuine interest in building a career in Human Resources
