The Role:

The Sales Associate has a fast paced role supporting our senior agent, with strong market knowledge, exceptional negotiation skills, high quality customer service, and a track record of success. Just bring a hunger to succeed and a willingness to learn.

Day to day responsibilities will include:

• Prospecting and generating leads

• Database management

• Diary management/organise appointments

• Prepare listing kits and marketing of properties

• Attending meetings with photographers and consultants

• Liaise with vendors and buyers

• Conduct open homes and buyer inspections

• Participate in sales meetings and training

To be successful you will:

• Hold a current Real Estate Assistant Agent Certificate or License

• Hold a current driver's license & your own car

• Be immaculately presented and well groomed

• Have excellent communication skills

• Possess a strong work ethic

• Be hungry to start a rewarding career
