As a sales associate working alongside the renowned team at Ray White Norwood you will be provided the opportunity to gain all the real estate experience and credentials needed to then step into a role of a lead agent who is ready to sell, with contacts and clients at their fingertips.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Managing administrative aspects of our agents appraisal and sales process
• Assisting with buyer management and negotiation of offers
• Attending appointments and inspections at properties
• Booking and completing appraisals for clients
• Building and nurturing a database of clients
• Collecting data through cold calling, door knocking, letterbox dropping

Skills & Experience

• Must have a real estate licence or be willing to complete the course prior to start date
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Results orientated
• Professional phone manner and customer service
• High level of personal presentation
• Ability to problem solve and use initiative
• Training will be provided throughout all stages of your career, and new responsibilities will be introduced as the role evolves.
