ABOUT THE ROLEThis is a varied role covering reception, client administration and general office support. You will be the first point of contact for our clients and the person who keeps the office running smoothly, working closely with our accountants, directors and office manager.
WHAT YOU WILL DOAnswer and direct incoming calls, and welcome clients into the officeManage the front desk, meeting rooms and general office presentationManage ATO correspondence, incoming and outgoing mail, scanning, filing and document managementPrepare and send client documents for electronic signatureAssist with client onboarding, record setup and general client administrationSupport lodgement administration, data entry, diary management and meeting coordinationOrder supplies and assist with day to day office administration
WHAT YOU WILL BRINGPrevious reception or administration experience, ideally in professional servicesA warm, professional manner on the phone and at the front deskStrong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing tasksConfidence with Microsoft Office and OutlookAccuracy and discretion when handling client informationExperience in an accounting or financial services firm is an advantage, but not essential
