Assist with preparing reports, dashboards, audit documentation and meeting materials
Provide secretariat support for committees and working groups, including agendas, minutes and action tracking
Support quality improvement and compliance initiatives across the organisation
Work collaboratively with operational teams to support consistent and compliant service delivery
What you’ll bring
To succeed in this role, you'll bring:
Experience in administration, coordination or customer support, with the ability to accurately follow processes and procedures
Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when maintaining records, tracking information and preparing documentation
Well-developed written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and confidence using digital systems and platforms
The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion when handling sensitive information
Demonstrated reliability, initiative and a willingness to learn and develop new skills
Current (or ability to obtain) Ochre Card, Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening, NT Driver’s Licence, and influenza vaccination
Experience working within the disability, community services or not-for-profit sector, including knowledge of the NDIS environment and safeguarding requirements, will be highly regarded.
