Process Plant Supervisor - Mineral Processing

MPC Solutions is seeking Gold Process Plant Supervisor with (S26) to join our valued gold mining client in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. As a Process Plant Supervisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring the efficient and safe operation of a mineral processing plant. Reporting to the Plant Superintendent, you will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining key processing equipment and systems / Operators / contractors to maximise productivity and output safely

• What we're looking for
• Minimum 1 year' experience as a Process Plant Supervisor in Gold
• Strong understanding of mineral processing principles and equipment operation - People management - contractors on site management 
• S26 qualification 
• Ability to read and interpret process flow diagrams, P&IDs and other technical documentation
• Demonstrated problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety
• Effective communication and teamwork
  • Roster and more:
  • 8/6 7/7 - fly-in fly-out from Perth or DIDO from Kalgoorlie 
  • $85/$90 Per hour plus super - depending on experience 
  • Temp with a view to Perm for the right person
