Regional Sales Manager - Construction Equipment

CJD Equipment is seeking an experienced Regional Sales Manager to drive sales growth across Western Queensland. Reporting to our Brisbane Branch, this role can be based in Western Queensland or Brisbane, with regular travel throughout the region.

Representing Volvo Construction Equipment, you'll be responsible for developing customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and growing market share across a diverse territory.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Develop and execute territory sales plans.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

• Generate new business opportunities and grow market share.

• Manage the sales process from prospecting through to delivery.

• Monitor market trends and competitor activity.

• Achieve sales targets and manage forecasting.

• Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven sales success, ideally within construction equipment, heavy machinery, trucks, agriculture, or related industries.

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated with the ability to work autonomously.

• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

• Knowledge of the Queensland market is highly regarded.

• Current driver's licence and willingness to travel.
