🔧 About the Role

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Fabrication & Installation Team Member to join our growing team. If you have a keen eye for detail, a can-do attitude, and want to build a long-term career in stainless steel fabrication, this is the opportunity for you.

Key Responsibilities:

•            Read and interpret shop drawings

•            Mark, fold, and fabricate parts using brake press, rollers, and folders

•            TIG weld stainless steel components up to 5mm thick (0.9 mm to 1.5 mm thickness most common)

•            Polish stainless steel to seamless, food-grade finish

•            Travel to sites across Victoria (occasional interstate work)

•            Represent our brand professionally—uniforms provided

🧰 Skills & Experience

•            Trades-qualified sheet metal fabricator / TIG welder

•            Experience with stainless steel fabrication (food industry experience highly regarded)

•            Ability to read shop drawings and follow instructions

•            Familiarity with brake press, folder, guillotine, and hand tools

•            Safe Work Method Statement knowledge

•            Commercial refrigeration fabrication experience is a plus

•            Fluent English communication

•            Basic computer skills (advantage)

•            Must have a current Australian Driver’s Licence

•            Must have full working rights in Australia (No sponsorship available)

⏰ Hours & Pay

• Monday to Thursday 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

• Friday 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM

•         Regular overtime available
