About the role
This position has been designated for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander people only under the provisions of section 126 of the Anti-Discrimination Act 1977 (NSW). Join our team as a Human Resources Partner (Identified) and play a pivotal role in advancing Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander representation and initiatives across the University. In this influential position, you will partner with diverse client groups to deliver strategic HR advice and tailored workforce solutions that support organisational objectives. Working collaboratively with stakeholders across the institution, you will drive impactful people initiatives, strengthen and align HR policies with strategic priorities, and ensure best-practice compliance while fostering an inclusive and culturally responsive workplace.
