Facility Clerical Officer

• Extend a warm welcome to visitors and assist with the check-in process.
  
• Manage phone inquiries, ensuring effective direction and resolution.
  
• Handle the distribution and collection of information, including forms, emails, staff inquiries, and day-to-day staff replacement as needed.
  
• Undertake general budget management, including coding invoices, receipting monies, and overseeing petty cash reconciliation.
  
• Create and maintain organized files.
  
• Fulfil any other relevant duties as assigned.
