When you join Waminda, you become part of a values-driven organisation that is guided by respect, integrity, collaboration and cultural safety. Every role contributes to improving outcomes for community, and every staff member plays an important role in walking alongside women, children and families on their journeys toward healing and wellbeing.
As a Safe & Strong Families Caseworker, you will support children, young people and families to build stronger foundations for the future. Through early intervention, advocacy and culturally grounded support, you will help families strengthen safety, stability and resilience while maintaining connection to culture, community and identity.
