Earthmoving/Farm Machinery Operator

About us

We are a large-scale, family-owned irrigation and dryland farming operation located near Warren, NSW, specialising in the production of irrigated cotton, wheat, barley and chickpeas

You will play a crucial role within our operation, responsible for operating and maintaining a modern fleet of agricultural and earthmoving machinery across a diverse range of farming activities.

You will be involved in irrigation, seeding, tillage and harvesting of both row and broadacre crops, as well as the development and improvement of new farming country

This is a full-time position offering competitive remuneration and the opportunity to play an important role in a dynamic and expanding family-owned agribusiness.

Essential:

• Minimum 3 years full-time experience as a Machinery Operator, operating large tractors, harvesters or earthmoving machinery

• Mechanical skills to handle machinery adjustments and basic daily maintenance

• Strong work ethic

• Physically Fit

• Sound judgement

• Attention to detail

• Clean and tidy

• Permanent working rights - NOT Suitable for 88 Day working visa Applicants

Favourable but not essential:

• Truck Licence (HC/MC)

• Earthmoving experience (Excavator, Bulldozer, Grader)
