Customer Service Administrator

About the role:

We are currently seeking an experienced Customer Service Administrator who is a team player with excellent communication skills to answer customer enquiries, process daily orders, collaborate successfully with our other departments and perform general office duties to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. All training will be provided but an intermediate level of computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office is required.

Your Responsibilities:

• To provide professional, efficient and friendly customer service on the phone, via email, and counter sales.

• Supporting our sales team by accurately processing daily quotes and orders, handling enquiries, and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.

• Arranging prompt delivery of customer orders.

• Contributing to the continuous improvement of customer service processes and procedures.

To be successful in the role you will bring:

• A positive, proactive, customer-focused and can-do attitude.

• High attention to detail, the ability to accurately input sales order data and strong organisational skills.

• Proven experience in a customer service or administrative support role, preferably within a sales or client-facing environment.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive relationships with customers and colleagues.

• The ability to prioritise effectively.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office, especially Outlook.

• The ability to work in a small team environment and to play a key role in the overall success of the business.
