Customer Service Administrator - Immediate Availability

We’re on the lookout for our next customer service professional to join our fast-moving HQ team on the Gold Coast. This is a customer-first role where you’ll be the trusted voice of our business, supporting distributors over the phone and via email while delivering a responsive, reliable and high-quality experience with every interaction. You’ll support our distributors, manage orders, solve problems and ensure every phone call and email reflects the smooth, consistent service Lauxes is known for. What You’ll Do

• Be the dependable first point of contact, confidently answering inbound calls and emails

• Process the order queue efficiently, accurately and within expected timeframes

• Keep CRM records immaculate, complete and up to date

• Support the HQ team with administration, reporting and day-to-day coordination

• Take ownership of enquiries and follow through until they are resolved

• Respond to challenges with resilience, initiative and a proactive problem-solving mindset

• Stay organised and focused while managing competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
