Inbound Sales Representative

About the role

An enthusiastic and sales-focused Internal Sales Account Manager role managing inbound phone calls and email enquiries, providing tailored solutions, and ensuring every customer enjoys an exceptional sales experience. You'll build strong relationships, respond promptly to customer needs, and help clients find the right products and services to suit their requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Handle 40+ inbound calls and emails daily
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to resolve enquiries, provide information, and maintain positive experiences
• Perform general customer service duties as required
• Answer phones in a polite, professional, and well-spoken manner

About you

• Proven track record in a sales or consultative sales role, ideally within a B2B industrial environment
• Strong understanding of products, application systems, or services, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical audiences
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers at all levels
• Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose tailored solutions that deliver business value
• Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools
• Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• Self-motivated, resilient, and results-oriented, with a genuine passion for sales
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Hard-working and motivated
• Confident and professional phone manner
