Casual Chefs, Waiters and Bartenders

Hubert + Dan are on the hunt for outstanding new team members to join us for an exciting wedding and events season ahead!

As a bespoke catering operation, we dish up creative menus full of Tassie's finest fare all across the state. Our kitchen facilities are based in Legana, just 15 minutes from Launceston.

We are currently recruiting for several casual positions:

Chefs

• Experienced Chef (casual with potential to progress to full-time)

• Casual Chefs for event-based work

Front of House

• Experienced casual wait staff

• Experienced casual bar staff

• Junior event staff (RSA required)

Our event work is casual and seasonal, with shifts offered as events are booked. Some team members work most weekends during the peak season (September to April), while others might pick up just one or two shifts a month.
