Centre Director

Mitchell Street Child Care Centre is looking for a new Director to start August 2026.

Beautiful community childcare centre with committed long standing educators, well above ratios, supportive team.

You will lead, mentor and support a passionate team of experienced educators.

Minimum 1-2 years of childcare centre leadership experience is required.

Manage enrolments, compliance, and smooth daily operations, build strong family and community partnerships, drive quality outcomes and continuous improvement.

We are looking for an experienced Director, ECT or Diploma Qualifications, strong knowledge of NQF, EYLF and Compliance standards.

Current First Aid Qualifications, Proda Registration, Child Protection certificate, Police clearance within 12 months are required.

You must have genuine passion for inspiring people and delivering high quality care for children. Collaborative, people person approach.

Uniform provided, discount for your own children, Fist Aid training is fully paid, 5 weeks Annual leave after 12 months.
