Barista – Rustica Highpoint

Rustica Highpoint is seeking an experienced Barista to join our busy café team. This role suits a confident barista who is passionate about coffee and can consistently deliver high-quality drinks and service.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 2–3 years of Barista experience

• Strong coffee skills in a high-volume café environment

• Expert in latte art and precision pouring techniques

• Team-focused with good communication skills

• Customer-oriented with a professional attitude

• Reliable, proactive, and able to work under pressure

• Weekend availability essential

Duties Include:

• Preparing specialty coffee to a high standard, including latte art

• Ensuring smooth and efficient service during shifts

• Maintaining cleanliness, food safety, and café standards

• Assisting with stock control and daily tasks
