We're on the hunt for the best in the business—a Highly skilled Barista who can hit the ground running and join our passionate team.

Position: Barista Casual - Weekends essential

We are offering above-award rates for a highly experienced Barista who possesses a genuine passion for coffee. This position is well-suited to someone who wants stability, who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in crafting the perfect cup.

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

• A minimum of 2 years of barista experience, with a strong passion for coffee.

• Expertise in latte art and coffee-making techniques

• Experience working in a high-volume café

• Strong communication skills and a team player attitude

• Outstanding customer service skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor

• The ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment

• Reliability, professionalism, and a well-presented appearance

Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:

• Prepare and serve consistently high-quality coffee, tea, frappes, cold beverages, and other café drinks to company standards.

• Operate, clean, and maintain commercial coffee machines, grinders, and associated equipment to ensure optimal performance.

• Dial in espresso daily and adjust grind settings to maintain coffee quality throughout service.

• Ensure exceptional customer service by engaging with customers professionally and efficiently.

• Take customer orders, process transactions accurately, and handle cash and EFTPOS payments.
