Business Manager – Automotive Finance & Insurance

We're expanding across Sydney with new showrooms in Alexandria, Parramatta, and Hornsby, representing four leading EV brands — Chery, GAC, Leapmotor, and Zeekr. We're looking for a driven Automotive Business Manager to join our growing team.

We are looking for an experienced and driven Automotive Business Manager to join our growing dealership team.

This is an opportunity for a high-performing finance professional who knows how to build customer relationships, maximise every finance opportunity and work closely with a strong sales team to deliver results.

You will take ownership of the finance process from customer introduction through to approval, settlement and delivery, while maintaining the highest standards of customer service and compliance.

The Role

• Proactively manage every sold order and finance opportunity

• Manage finance applications from introduction through to approval and settlement

• Present suitable finance and insurance solutions professionally and transparently

• Maximise finance penetration, conversion and income per vehicle

• Work closely with Sales Consultants and Managers to create strong finance introductions and handovers

• Coach the sales team to improve finance opportunities and conversion

• Follow up pending and incomplete applications and work with lenders to achieve the best possible outcome

• Build strong relationships with lenders and finance-provider representatives

• Ensure finance is fully approved, settled and cleared prior to vehicle delivery

• Maintain accurate daily reporting across applications, approvals, settlements and finance performance

• Consistently achieve monthly finance and profitability KPIs

• Maintain strong standards across responsible lending, privacy and compliance

What We're Looking For

• Automotive Business Manager / F&I experience preferred (DEALERSHIP)

• Strong sales, finance, negotiation and closing skills

• Proven track record of achieving targets

• Commercially minded with a strong understanding of dealership operations

• Proactive and confident working with customers and the sales team

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Strong organisation and attention to detail

• Current Australian driver's licence

• Flexibility to work weekends as required
