Their AI software is so simple and easy to sell that Enterprise demand across APAC is rapidly outpacing our capacity. 
They are inviting an Enterprise Account IC to take over this motion. You won’t just execute the pipeline, you will build the framework and playbook that every future AE, reporting into you, will use.

The Role:

• Run Full-Cycle Enterprise Deals: Take ownership of a hybrid pipeline (50% customer servicing, 30% founder-provided leads, 20% prospecting).
• Deep Commercial Discovery: Map our platform’s capabilities to highly complex client inefficiencies, presenting strategic ROI business cases to C-level executives.
• Pilot Conversion: Set and enforce measurable success criteria during scoped deployments to guarantee closed-won enterprise expansions.
• Technical Sales Leadership: Independently run product demonstrations, articulate complexity and navigate rigorous enterprise security and procurement reviews.

What you can bring to the team:

• Proven Enterprise Pedigree: Proven success in B2B SaaS experience, with a verifiable track record of closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals ($100-500K+ ACV).
• High Commercial IQ: You are deeply consultative. You don’t just pitch features; you diagnose business architecture and utilize strict methodologies to control the deal.
• Technical Fluency: You likely have a background in PLG, digital adoption, or product analytics. You can confidently speak to teams about software integrations and data security.
• The “Builder” DNA: You have the grit and autonomy to thrive in an early-stage environment. You are highly competitive and want to write the rules, not just follow them.

• $140,000 Base + Super + 50/50 OTE ($280k-$360K+).
