AUTO ELECTRICIAN

Starworx is an independent, locally owned company that has been servicing, building and repairing transport equipment in the west of Melbourne for over 6 years. Starworx is expanding its workforce due to growth.  We are seeking a qualified auto electrician that can work in an industrial workshop or onsite if needed.

• 4 Day week  - 6.00 am to 4pm – Long weekend every weekend

We require a motivated individual with auto electrical skills to assist with the assemble and commissioning of systems for the rail, aviation and fuel industries.

We are based in Ravenhall, the primary tasks of this role are:

• Electrical fitting and assembly of product to issued documentation and drawings

• Conduct testing and quality checks to ensure specifications are met

• Panel wiring and looming and terminating wiring

• Fabrication and installation

• Building electrical boxes and mounting components

• Reading electrical circuits

• Trouble shooting

ABOUT YOU

• Relevant trade qualifications 

• The ability to read and comprehend diagrams

• High standards in panel wiring and looming

• Ability to work autonomously within a team of trades

• Well developed communication skills

• Hold a current drivers license
