Bar Manager - Wilma Public Bar

The Role

We’re looking for a Bar Manager who can lead from the front, build a high-performing team and make sure our bars consistently deliver an extraordinary experience.

You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bars across our venues, working closely with Venue Management to drive service, team performance and commercial results.

What you’ll be responsible for:

• Leading, training and developing our bar teams

• Creating genuine connections with guests and delivering extraordinary experiences

• Maintaining exceptional service and product standards

• Driving cocktail and beverage quality and consistency

• Managing bar operations, stock control and ordering

• Rostering and managing labour effectively

• Supporting menu development and beverage innovation

• Driving sales and controlling beverage costs

• Creating a positive, high-performance team culture

What we want from you:

• Proven experience managing a busy bar or hospitality venue

• Strong leadership and people-management skills

• Commercial awareness and an understanding of bar costs and margins

• The ability to remain calm and organised under pressure

• High standards and attention to detail

• Strong communication skills

• A genuine passion for people and hospitality

• The ability to create authentic connections with guests and your team

• The confidence to lead a team and hold people accountable
