We’re looking for a skilled and reliable Handyman to deliver high-standard building works across maintenance, refurbishment and fit-out projects across Sydney and surrounding regions, including the Sydney CBD, Inner West, North Shore, Northern Beaches, Hills District, Western Sydney, South Western Sydney, Sutherland Shire, Canterbury-Bankstown, Macarthur and Parramatta.

About the Handyman Role:

The handyman role involves undertaking a wide range of general maintenance duties across multiple client sites on a daily basis. This includes preparing and submitting quotes for minor works, as well as maintaining accurate and up-to-date records within client-based work order systems.

The position plays an important role in supporting the delivery of efficient, safe, and high-quality maintenance services. The objective is to ensure that all client environments remain safe, functional, and well-maintained for both clients and their stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Ability to self-manage for day-to-day tasks.
• Ability to quote minor work.
• Interpret blueprints and plans to complete carpentry tasks accurately.
• Construct, install, and repair structures such as walls, floors, doors, and cabinetry.
• Measure, cut, and assemble materials using hand and power tools.
• Ensure all work meets safety standards and project specifications.
• Collaborate with team members and other trades to deliver high-quality results on time.
• Own tools, a plus.

About You:

• Minimum 3 years' experience in a handyman, maintenance, or trade services role
• Sound knowledge of building maintenance, refurbishments, fit-outs, building methods, materials, and WHS requirements
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers
• Highly organised with excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive problem-solver with strong attention to detail and a focus on delivering quality outcomes
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Valid Driver's Licence (mandatory)
• White Card / General Construction Induction Card (mandatory)
• Must hold a Working With Children Check (WWCC)
• Must hold, or be able to obtain, a Police Check
• Asbestos Awareness Training is highly regarded
• Working at Heights ticket, EWP Licence, and/or First Aid Certificate are highly regarded
