About the Role 

This is a great opportunity for a Maintenance Handy Person to work with our team on our smaller works and projects. The role would involve hands-on carpentry and building works for our maintenance services & small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas. The role also includes a company supplied vehicle.

Duties Include: 

• Adapting to fast-changing situations

• Minor building and carpentry works for our small refurbishments to offices, laboratories & clinical areas 

• Completing WHS documentation

• Some measuring, setting out and organising of trades

Skills & Experience

• Carpentry trade or equivalent qualification (desirable but not necessary)

• Full Australian working rights

• Valid driver's license 

• Experience leading a small team (desirable but not necessary)

• Excellent organisational, time management and communication skills

• Basic email and PC use for site inductions and office correspondence
