Warehouse Supervisor

We are seeking a Warehouse Supervisor to support our Warehouse in Darra.

Your key responsibilities will be: 

We're looking for a hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced warehouse environment and is passionate about building a high-performing team.

• Lead the day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, inventory control, picking, packing and despatch.

• Ensure customer orders are picked accurately and despatched on time.

• Supervise, coach and motivate the warehouse team members to achieve operational excellence.

• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as picking accuracy, productivity and dispatch performance, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Maintain accurate inventory records and support regular stock takes and cycle counts.

• Ensure all warehouse activities are completed safely and in accordance with company policies and procedures.

• Promote a positive team culture focused on safety, quality and customer service.

• Use warehouse management systems effectively, with experience in Pronto highly regarded.

To be successful in this role, you'll bring:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse Supervisor, Team Leader or in a similar leadership role.

• A solid understanding of warehouse and logistics operations, including inventory management, receiving, picking, packing and distribution.

• Proven inventory control experience with strong attention to detail.

• A proactive, organised and hands-on leadership style.

• Excellent communication, interpersonal and team leadership skills.

• Strong problem-solving ability and a continuous improvement mindset.

• The ability to prioritise competing tasks and consistently meet deadlines.

• Excellent time management and organisational skills.

• Good computer literacy and confidence using warehouse management systems.

• Excellent literacy and numeracy skills.

• A strong commitment to workplace health and safety, ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures.

• A customer-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high levels of service.

• Previous experience providing warehouse and logistic support services

• We do not require you to have a forklift licence.
