PURPOSE OF THE ROLE

Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll join a creative, fast-paced marketing team within one of Australia’s leading caravan manufacturers.

As our Content Specialist, you’ll bring ideas to life across social media, digital, and email channels including creating stories that connect audiences with the freedom and adventure of the open road. This role is ideal for someone who loves storytelling, thrives in a collaborative environment, and has a strategic mind for audience engagement and lead nurturing.

Skills, Experience, And Qualifications

Proven experience in content marketing, social media, or digital communications (experience in lifestyle, automotive, or outdoor industries is advantageous)Strong storytelling and copywriting ability, with a knack for tailoring messages to different audiences and platforms for the Australian marketSolid understanding of SEO, keyword research, and content optimization best practicesFamiliarity with email marketing and social media tools such as Sprout Social and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, with a focus on creating consistent lead nurturing touchpoints that guide audiences through the customer journeyProficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or Figma for content layout, design, and creative productionExperience writing or producing short-form video content and working alongside creative or production teamsHighly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environmentDegree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify emerging trends and inform content strategyPlan, design, and produce engaging content for monthly newsletters, social media channels, and email nurturing campaignsDevelop campaign briefs and collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to ensure consistent brand tone and storytelling across all touchpointPartner with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop innovative and engaging content strategies that strengthen brand presenceManage the social content calendar and craft compelling stories across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and YouTubeWrite engaging video scripts and collaborate with the production team to deliver content aligned with brand messaging and audience engagement goalsLead SEO strategy and execution to improve website visibility, search rankings, and overall content performance through keyword research and optimizationSupport additional content creation, editing, and campaign initiatives as required
