Office All-Rounder & Accounts Assistant

Part-Time (Approx 30-35 hours per week across 5 days) | Electrical Wholesale Industry.

WELSHPOOL WA 6106 LOCATION

 We are looking for a friendly, organised, and reliable Office All-Rounder to join our Admin Team based at Head Office in Welshpool

 This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys keeping things organised, helping where needed and being the friendly face of the office. You’ll work closely with our Administration manager and admin team, assisting with day-to-day administration, accounts, and general office management.

 About the Role

Your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Matching and checking invoices against relevant documentation

• Following up on invoices and paperwork as required

• Daily banking processing and bank reconciliation

• Following up on customer payments

• General office administration and data entry

• Providing administrative support to the team wherever required

About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

• Friendly, approachable, and professional

• Highly organised and enjoys keeping things in order

• Knowledge/experience using Xero and Microsoft package software

• Reliable, responsible, and able to work independently

• Comfortable with numbers and basic accounting processes

• Detail-oriented, particularly when checking invoices and paperwork

• Confident communicating with staff, suppliers, and customers

• A good multitasker who can manage a variety of tasks throughout the day

• Comfortable using computers and common office software

• Proactive and happy to pitch in wherever needed

 Previous experience in administration, bookkeeping, accounts, or a similar office-based role will be highly regarded.
