Ascent Structural & Architectural Steel is a medium sized structural steel fabrication company looking for multiple experienced and motivated structural steel Rigger Leading Hand and Structural Steel Riggers to join our site-based installation teams. 

Position Required: 

Must have advanced experienced in Structural Steel Erection, having worked in the structural steel building environment with at least 3 years prior experience. 

Tasks would include the erection of structural steel for commercial/ industrial developments, ranging in size and complexity with stringent quality details and short time frames throughout the Perth Metro and surrounds.

Certificates and Skills:

• Must be able to read and interpret marking plans and shop drawings

• Must be able to work as a team and or individually as required.

• 'C' Class Drivers License- (Essential)

• Proven structural steel experience working with structural steel and hold relevant trade certificates.

• High Risk Work License- DG, RA, RB, WP, Yellow Card (Preferred)

• Working at Heights Certificate (preferred)

• White Card/ Construction Safety Awareness Training Care (Essential)

• Must be available for overtime if required

• Self-motivated, reliable, friendly and have a positive attitude.
